Grand Final - EYE vs NoA

CPL Winter 2004 - Championship Final EYE [ 05:16 ] NoA - HLTV EYE [ 14:16 ] NoA - HLTV - EYE: archie, Bullen, GudeN, walle, vilden - NoA: elemeNt, method, Naikon, shaGuar, XeqtR The defending champions and the #1 seed Swedish EYE were the first team to get a spot in the grand final, as they beat GamerCo convincingly in the upper bracket final on de_train. Seems like the addition of walle and Bullen have been only to the better as EYE have pretty much rolled over every team, only loosing a total of 26 rounds on 5 matches with opponents such as mTw, NoA, Titans and GamerCo. NoA on the other hand have had some tough matches, even though they have been playing as finalists the entire tournament. The match against EYE was no exception, as the team played amazing but a flashbug changed their 9-6 lead as T on de_nuke, to a 5-10 first half loss. This is their first big final since last years CPL Winter, when they also got their big breaktrough. The game started on inferno and NoA looked confident early on with great teamwork and tactics. They also seemed to win the most 1vsx clutch situations. It still turned out to be a great and close game. After a little break they played inferno for a second time, NoA seemed even more confident and totally dominated EYE who didn't have any answers at all. The Norwegian trio dominated the games but the 2 Americans were the ones winning impressive 1vs3 with big sprays. EYE were a shadow of the team we saw earlier on in the tournament and NoA seemed better and even more hungry to win then they did before. Here are both teams ways to the final:
