The match started off on de_inferno which was not going good for SK Gaming at all as they won the pistol round but then quickly lost the second round and kept on losing round after round until they were down with 3-12 after the first half. Then again they won the second half pistol round but lost the following eco of mTw to quickly get finished off with a 4-16 final scoreline going into the second map de_nuke.

On de_nuke mTw were able to start on the Counter-Terrorist side which is more favored to start with and mTw were also able to win the pistol round as well as the ecos and first buy round. But after this both teams kept exchanging rounds in an exciting match until the first half finished with 8-7 in favour of mTw.

SK Sweden started their comeback to win the second map picking up round after round not letting mTw get back into the game to win de_nuke with 16-11 and forcing a third and deciding map.

The decider then was de_dust2 which has not been good for SK for the past matches and tournaments but this should be the beginning of change. Starting on the favoured Terrorist side SK lost the pistol but the match still was very even throughout the whole game again exchanging rounds until SK won the first half with 9-6 which is an acceptable but not too good result starting on the Terrorist side.

In the second half SK actually got to match point quickly but had trouble getting their last and needed round to win when mTw seemed to come back getting some great rounds. In the end it was SK.walle deciding it with an awp shot winning the match for SK Sweden and advancing to the Grand Final to again meet fnatic and take revenge for ESWC Cheonan.
