Earlier it has been rumoured that KODE5 might not use seeds for their upcoming Global Final. Now they have released more information about their exclusive KODE5 HLTV as well as the announcement of a live show drawing the seeds and matchups on Thursday, 7th May 2009 at 20.00 CET.

The rumours of KODE5 not using seeds shocked the community as this could lead to more groups of death as well as big names dropping out early of the tournament. Now KODE5 released more information regarding their KODE5 HLTV as well as the tournament format.

On Thursday, 7th May 2009 at 20.00 CET they will host an exclusive show to draw the seeds and matchups for the upcoming KODE5 Global Final this weekend. Though in an interview with SK Gaming, Alternate player Manuel 'approx' Zeitz has already revealed that the tournament is most likely to kick off with a Single Elimination bracket with the matches being played in a Best of Three.
