ImageFnatic just beat the German powerhouse Mousesports, who had seemed unstopable until now, in the semi finals. Fnatic will move on to the Grand Final where the battle of the Swedes will take place as they will meet SK who just beat alchemists.

fnatic took the first map, de_nuke, with some ease after taking some important rounds on T side. They started off playing extremely defensive and slowly picked up their momentum and controlled the map. Most rounds ended up in a 1on1 situations which fnatic were able to take.

To be noted, some impressive play between Rasmus 'GuX' Ståhl and Navid 'Kapio' Javadi who were often left in 1on1 situations where their mind games and double faking were put into full action. Antonio 'cyx' Daniloski, such as yesterday, was on top of his game even if losing a few rounds. Later on in the first half, Manuel 'tixo' Makohl started making an appearance getting some key entry kills, however, Mousesports weren't able to tie a knot around their rounds and lost 16:09. Additionally, Christopher 'GeT_RiGhT' Alesund seemed to control de momentum of the Swedes as he was consistently fragging.

Fnatic started T on the second map, de_inferno, where Mousesports were playing defensively and were able to win the first half 8-7 after some very close rounds. Patrik 'cArn' Sättermon makes an appearance in this first half pulling off some nice shots and fragging regularly.

On the second half, Fnatic picked up some confidence on the first round. They, partially, rushed down middle on CT side; it payed off as they took the first round. Christopher 'GeT_RiGhT' Alesund seemed to be pumped with confidence as he pulls off a total of 7 kills with a Famas in the first few rounds. To Fnatic's favor, mousesports played the waiting game as they went on to play some extremely slow rounds which left them little time to frag and plant. fnatic smoothly took the win 16:10 with an overall win of 2:0.

fnatic will be meeting SK Gaming in the Grand Final shortly.
