Xiaofeng 'Sky' Li started off with his hardest match losing to June 'Lyn' Park which given it is a best of-1 is no shock result but the Chinese Human player then was on the receiving end of losses to Daniel 'ixi' Spenst and Pedro 'LucifroN' Moreno Durán to finish bottom of his group.

Sky had the chance to go through after Lyn won all three of his games to allow Sky a place in the playoffs if he could defeat Spanish Lucifron in the final match of the group, but Lucifron was the victor instead sealing his own place in the playoffs.
