Coming back from Easter holiday, Daniel 'miou' Holthuis hopes to eliminate mistakes he discovered from his past games in tonight’s EPS game against Daniel 'TryDying' Zuzanski in a bid to maintain his playoffs hope. The German SK Gaming player ended his 3-game losing streak last Tuesday with a win over sTa Gaming’s 18-year-old Human player Daniel 'Farmer' Ciesla after crawling back from a 0-1 deficit to win 2-1.
Despite lack of training last week as he enjoyed a rare break back home, Daniel 'miou' Holthuis is raring to go and he believes he is at the same starting line as his opponent.
He said, “I had a very nice Easter holiday at my parents’ in north Germany. Now it is time for my next match. I feel quite fit, although I couldn't train much since my last match. On this playday, though, I imagine all players are in the same situation.”
Miou is currently sitting at the seventh place, a win away from the top four as the season reached the halfway point. However difficult it may appears to be, he will strive for a place in the playoffs, starting from ironing out the mistakes he made in recent games in tonight's game.
“I have evaluated some games of mine and found several mistakes. I hope I won't do these mistakes again. Some good items should make a win possible today!”
“Reaching the finals is getting harder but I have not given up. I will try to gain more points and play successfully.”
