Although Daniel 'miou' Holthuis was optimistic ahead of his game against Eric 'Eric' Marten as he had a couple of refined tricks up his sleeve, he lost his third game in a row in the ESL Germany Pro Series that kept him further away from the top, and he conceded that he suffered from his inconsistent form.

He said, “The last two losses hit me harder than I thought. My practice games don't go too well but I won't give up that easily. Unfortunately my performance these days is inconsistent and I hope that it is time for better days.”
