As reported on HLTV.org the team states that it did not work out with these three players as well as Head Manager Cardo "centraL" Poolar saying, "The old players were substituted with the new ones because of the new plans with the organization we have."

Now they have brought back former sYnck members Matthias 'drift' Tikerpe and Oskar 'genE' Saar to complete the roster for now, but there might be changes coming up in the future again as Jaan 'Lorenzo' Lorens will not be able to be part of the team anymore soon. Synck have also merged with nOu.Scythe which brings in new sponsors and a better future for the team as Cardo continues, "We have great expectations from the new merge with nOu and sYnck, as sYnck now has a roof over their heads where they don't have to worry about the organizing part as much. We hope to grow to a level where sYnck is more known and taken more seriously everywhere: here and abroad."

The team is currently attending the ClanBase EuroCup XIX as well as the LKI Challenge and they might attend the DTS-Tour with a final event in the Ukraine. Cardo finishes with "The future seems bright, not only to team sYnck but also the gaming scene of Estonia, which we're hoping to promote as well." so you can look out for a better sYnck in the future.
