The match between SK Gaming and WeMade FOX didn't turn out the Koreans expected it with SK basically dominating them. WeMade FOX never got the advantage over SK and with Kristoffer 'Tentpole' Nordlund also going strong on the CT Side they did not stand a chance. SK won the match with 16-8 in the end and will now face fnatic in the Upperbracket Semi Final.

The other match was played on stage being MYM vs Alternate on de_tuscan, actually a map favoring the German teams as they play it in the ESL Pro Series for a few years. But according to Wiktor 'TaZ' Wojtas they wanted to play the smallest map possible to keep pushing and it paid off for them.

Alternate started out good in the first half as Terrorists but MYM made a comeback in the end winning the first half with 8-7. The second half was the exact opposite with Mariusz 'Loord' Cybulski getting an ace (5 kills) in the pistol round but Alternate shortly after started to play out with some great AWP kills. Again it was decided in the very last round after MYM were up with 15 rounds for a time but finished Alternate off with a 16-14.
