SK Gaming's Daniel 'hero' Schellhase has emerged victorious at the 21st VDFL event. Daniel managed to defeat Benjamin 'bEn' Müller of Hoorai after two matches in the final, to became the official German FIFA champion.

Despite the fact that Daniel 'hero' Schellhase has been the favourite for quite some time, Benjamin 'bEn' Müller managed to rattle the veteran in their initial match with a two to two draw. The second match was also rather close, but hero's experience served him well, resulting in a one - nil victory.

As prizes, Daniel has received an invitation to the World Cyber Games' German national final, a trophy recognizing his accomplishment and a stylish high-end gaming PC, that, oddly enough, is designed to look like a wardrobe.

Final rankings of the VDFL:

1st - Daniel 'hero' Schellhase
2nd - Benjamin 'bEn' Müller
3rd/4th - Mario 'mario' Viska
3rd/4th - Roman 'Cristiano' Zech
