"We're ready to play, we're grateful for the opportunity, and we plan to make the most of it," said Alexander Garfield, Executive Director of Evil Geniuses. The Extreme Masters Global Finals will be the first major event Team EG will attend since changing their line-up.

"Since the inception of our new lineup," Garfield says, "the team has been practicing tirelessly - and as of late, especially, the players have really been looking forward to the year's LAN events. So this was a pleasant surprise for us, to say the least."
