This will be the fourth year that Blizzard has held the event in Anaheim, however, this year Blizzard has expanded their event to a fourth convention hall, to meet growing demand.

"We've been amazed by the incredible response to each of our previous BlizzCon events," said Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment.

"We're pleased to be bringing the convention back to Anaheim this year, and we look forward to this new opportunity to meet Blizzard gamers from around the world."

An official itinerary is still missing though we do know the event will feature hands-on play time with upcoming games like Diablo III and Starcraft II, discussion panels with Blizzard developers, competitive and casual tournaments for the esport enthusiasts amongst us, community contests, special edition merchandise and a silent auction.

Who knows, they might even unveil that new MMO of theirs.
