ImageThe European Union's researching team announced their results for their recent study, which reveals video games are useful for kids.

According to the European Union's study that was announced today on 11th February, video games could actually be very useful for kids, because they encourage them into creativity and co-operation.

Research was created by the European Parliament's Internal Market and Consumer Protection committee (IMCO).

The researchers did not find any clear connection between the video games and violent behaviour. Instead, they stated video games have several positive utilities.
"Games encourage to learn strategical thinking, creativity, co-operation and innovation."

"Video games encourage to learn that kind of abilities as strategical thinking, creativity, co-operation and innovation", the researchers said.

They also pointed out that obviously not all the video games are suitable for kids. Therefore it is important that parents follow what their kids are playing.
