Blizzard will release a few tweaks and changes this week in patch 3.09.Although not a major content patch, 3.09 does include a few interesting class changes. Due out this week, one of the biggest changes in the new update will be the reduction of spell-casting debuffs like 'slow'. When the patch goes live (Wednesday morning in Europe), the new version will "now increase[s] cast time by 30%, down from 60%." In the same vein, warlock's 'curse of tongues' will be 30% as well.
With mana regeneration a hot topic recently, one of the paladin changes makes interesting reading. Divine plea's healing debuff has been increased to 50% (up from 20%) but will no longer be dispell-able. No changes to the mana regeneration of other healing classes have been confirmed.
Meanwhile, in an effort to reduce the "bursty" nature of PvP, rogue's mutilate ability is taking a huge setback. The official patch notes read "Mutilate damage will now do 20% increased damage against poisoned targets, down from 50%." Confusingly, in the same patch, mage's 'presence of mind' is having its cooldown reduced to two minutes with a possible 30% reduction from the talent 'arcane flows'.

Nerf starfall stuns though.
Buff a feral druid? a class that's a copycat of rogues and do everything better? PLZZZZZ....
Among the constant 8k's of them already, and the 13k killshots followed by 3k autoshots from hunters? changedmymind.. i think i'll give the tourney a miss and take a break from WoW untill a few things even out. :9
In some way the rogue had almost every CD ready. And he abused stunlocks, vanish x2, blinde x2, stunlocks again and then my druid mate died since he never where able to leave catform. If your a rogue and play right. You don't have any problems with any class. if you have CDs left.
and yes you can dance during the blinds
"Arcane Power and Presence of Mind now share a category cooldown. Arcane Power causes a 15 second cooldown. Presence of Mind, once consumed, causes a 1.5 second cooldown."
"Arcane Power now increases damage and mana cost by 10%,"
good
dont know how to kill healers with high resi anymore with 30% less muti dmg...
Blizzard should repair bursty mages. It's amaizing. Arcane fire mages can instant kill ><
but
# Arcane Power now increases damage and mana cost by 10%, cooldown reduced to 1 minute. (Note: The spell is actually different in game and increases damage and mana costs by 20% with a 2 minutes cooldown. However it would probably be better to wait until servers are online to confirm that.)

on live arcane power is 30% more dmg. and with those shared cooldowns it wount be an insta gib anymore and leaves out time to react on that bad ass pyro. i think the arcane power and presence of mind cd reduce is just to keep the specc attractive in pve.
i think you will see a lot more frost mages again after that patch. not just because of the arcane nerf, it´s also pretty good to see the mind numbing nerf (or all casttime slow nerfs) as a frostmage.
patch 3.0.9.. i kil al but no
