The complete qualifier comprises of three weekly qualifiers with each one giving out 4 places in the upcoming season.

The Korea Orc player featured in the first qualifier, but has been kept at bay following two straight defeats to Daniel 'ixi' Spenst in the upper bracket and Mykhaylo 'HoT' Novopashyn in the lower bracket.

Returning this week, he is paired with Sweden Undead player Hjalmar 'DowaQ' Högberg in the first round. Should he be able to leapfrog the Swedes, he will meet the winner from another leg between ESWC 2008 title holder Du Seop 'WhO' Chang and Finland Night elf player Juha-Matti 'Satiini' Bäckström.

The tournament will kick off at 14:00 CET, 31 January, 2009 and we will be providing live updates by the time at NGL ONE Solo League Season 1 Qualifier.
