France loses one of its oldest teams, aAa closes CS

ImageIn November 2008, against All authority have recruited the former eSport-eu team hoping to have a stable lineup for 2009 after all the trouble in 2008. It did not seem to work out even though the team had great results, CosMo and drizzer had to leave and aAa again were down to three. Now in early 2009, aAa announces the closure of their CS division.

The team finished 6th out of 7 teams in Group A of the ESL Extreme Masters Season III Main Round but already had problems with their lineup in December 2008. Still they finished their season playing a great last match against SK Sweden, skill-wise at least.

At that time aAa were already down to three with Warren 'CosMo' Boisnard and Benjamin 'drizzer' Charnet leaving but the organisation does not want to put any more resources into their Counter-Strike division. The organisation has announced to completely close and remove the team and will not rebuild a Counter-Strike team.

Against All Authority have been part of the French scene since 2000 and had their biggest success in earlier times such as CPL Cologne 2002. But they also said the remaining players Rémy 'RevZ' Prieur, Rodolphe 'Diodel' Verloës, Rémi 'loduN' Colas and Nicolas 'Dr. Crow' Vaissaud as well as Najim 'moderatioN' Mounib are looking for a new organisation. CosMo and drizzer will also continue to play with another project.
