In an attempt to evolve the DotA scene a handful of top-level DotA teams will be playing against each other from the 6th to 8th February in Hannover at the Entertainment Convention.

The tournament will feature 7 invited teams as wellas the winner of a mini pre-tournament consisting of four randomly selected teams from the sign-ups. The cash prize for 1st place 1000€ with 350€ and 150€ for second and third. "People should understand that we do not play DotA due to money because that would just be stupid since there is not much cash in DotA yet," said Edvin 'KwoM' Börjesson.

"We wanted to go there to meet some teams offline but also to show the DotA organisers that we are interested in attending events so that we can help DotA evolve more as an eSports game," said Tommy 'toMpa' Andersson.
