The team league is a thing of the past and it is the dawn of a new day for SK Gaming's Warcraft3 squad as we say farewell to Sung Sik "ReMinD" Kim and Seong Deok "Soju" Lee.There have been whispers around the scene about the SK Gaming Warcraft3 line-up but it is now official that Seong Deok 'SoJu' Lee and Sung Sik 'ReminD' Kim are now on the hunt for new homes.
"Warcraft III is a tough business and its hard to stay on top the whole time," explains Warcraft3 manager Min Sik "reis" Ko, "SoJu and ReMinD did not have such a good year, they showed some amazing games but some bad games too."
"There are not enough team leagues right now which gave us no other choice than reducing the team. I hope that both players will find a new home very soon."
Despite not winning any individual silverware aside from e-Stars back in August 2007 and 2nd place at BlizzCon, Sung Sik 'ReminD' Kim put on a good show in the recent WC3L playoffs. "Remind has been struggling a bit lately," said reis, "but I guess if he keeps playing like he did vs WE for us in the grand final he will be back in shape in no time at all."
Soju on the other hand is a very different being having taken first place at the recent NiceGameTV League Season 2. "There is no player that I have more respect for his talent than Soju," said reis, "he does not even need to practice, he just has skill running through his veins."
"The only thing that SoJu has to work on is that he can not focus when he is trash talking sometimes during the game, it is kind of amusing but detrimental to his game!" said reis, "we all have become close friends over the last year or so and it is sad to say goodbye. I wish them both the best of luck with finding a new team."

violet is still not good enough while ReMinD is still one of the best NE on the scene.
and sorry but what have ReiGn won this year? i think i missed it
on topic , SK need to pick up some talent, next WC3L season is going to be very competitive.
He comes in cheaper (salary wise) and needing more players than just one (Lyn) was retained. Plus he was recently invited to the tournament hence they need representation I think.
ReiGn, Happy > fov
good luck to soju and remind
but then, why werent mio and violet kicked too? they are a lot weaker players, esp miou
I don't see any difference between Violet and some other mediocre Orcs in Korea such as Minhyuk, Zenio, FiveStar and etc.
I've seen almost every korean pro-gamer's personal broadcasts, ToD's included, in the first person POV via a streaming website called afreeca for a long time.
I can say Soju is really talented player as Reis mentioned before in this thread. I think there is nothing Reis exaggerated about Soju.
though he is none of the things you are supposed to be polite or diligent and therefore more likely to moan and whine rather than keeping inside and sometimes given to playing other games such as MMORPG shit, he's potential.
well, I admit it's just a biased view maybe...
p.s. sry for double post but it's not my foult that edit isn't working properly :(
And which team leagues were there except ngl and wc3l before?
I expected that one of them will be out of the team, but I didnt expect that both of them will leave.
No AT for SK... again.
P.S. Probably Violet is much "cheaper", thats why they keep him in roster ^_^
they should've kept ixi and kicked miou for an eps-winner, but they chose to go the easier but less successful way.
ToD, HoT, Happy, SaSe, Soju, Remind...... a lot of big fishes. So eager to see which team would like to accept those talents
Whoever hire them ll be wining team,2n2 is def :P...
He is just a noob=.=
I cant see Remind and Soju playing on the top level again , nor seeing any of the nowadays team picking them.
How sad is that they got beaten by their ex team which they left for more money here at SK and now they are without a job
they didnt work as secretaries , they worked as lawyers , but wanted to be chief-lawyers , they were for some time , but they now are not even secretaries
how sad
