ImageWorld Elite player Xuwen “infi” Wang, advanced to knockout phase following a commanding 2-0 defeat of Du Seop “WhO” Chang today, told Replays.Net it was a fluke to take down both Check and HoT with 2-1 wins in previous stages in PGL Season IV.

You are now in the knockout phase. How do you feel right now?

It was pure fluke, especially my matches against Check and HoT. It was mission impossible if you ask me.

How is your stay in Chengdu? Have you tried anything spicy?

Yes, spicy food everyday and diarrhoea everyday too, but I finally found a restaurant lately which serves something mild so I am really excited.

It’s the first tournament in 2009. Does it mean anything special for you?

No, I am not counting on it in the first place so I am not expecting anything particular.

"Orc is still a race requires no skill."
We see quite a few Orc players here. Do you think Orc is still that overpowered?

That is a past tense now, though it’s still a race requires no skill.

Which game impresses you so far in the competition?

The third game I played against HoT on Death Trap I think.

What do you think of the new maps? Are they well balanced?

Not really for Human players at the least, but luckily all participating Human players but me are pretty strong.

"My macro control in the final stage of the game led to my success."
When you were at a disadvantage in both matches against Check and HoT, you were still playing with patience. Did you see yourself losing in the end? How did you manage to take it?

However I considered it mission impossible, I had my chance to turn table back at that time. My macro control in the final stage of the game led to my success.

Could you tell us your opinion towards PGL and you said you were not expecting anything particular in this tournament, but what is your goal here, if any?

It’s terrific tournament overall, but the training section and eating environment are far from ideal.

Is there anything you wanna say to your fans?

It’s not easy to support me. Thank you.
