"It has been an incredible year for eSports and SK Gaming. Together with all of you we enjoyed the competition, the drama, the victories, but also the tragedy of losses throughout another rocking year.

Our CS team is back on top, our Warcraft players have proven themselves to be among the very best in the world, our female CS team won the second consecutive world championship, our FIFA team won the Pro Series twice, adding the fifth and sixth title in a row to the belt and also won the Champions League. Our DotA team rocked ESWC Paris, Rapha showed he was the right pick for Quake, our WoW team from Europe is among the best in the world and the Racing guys won almost everything they could.

This, as far as SK Gaming is concerned, is an impressive list and we hope all of you out there enjoyed what our players and teams showed. Our promise to you is that we will try to stay on top again or get on top in 2009, so business as usual!

We want to use this opportunity also to thank all the guys working on the website, delivering high quality content to all of us. Without you, we would have results maybe, but nowhere to celebrate them. SK-Gaming.com has grown in 2008 and this is because of the work that everyone working on the website is putting into it.

Last but not least I want to thank all other teams and organisations out there, making 2008 such a competitive year. The discussion around who was the best CS team of the year shows that we have achieved something.

mTw, mousesports, fnatic, MYM and I will forget some, of course, but all these teams show great performances and we are happy to play and fight them in tournaments and leagues. Even though we have lots of respect for all of you guys, we are looking forward to clash with you in 2009 again!
