ImageShortly before Christmas KODE5 have announced their Germany qualifiers which includes two invite only qualifiers and two regular qualifiers for everyone to sign up. The Regional Final will be played in March 2009 with the top eight teams attending.

The four qualifiers will be played from January 24th to March 15th where teams will fight for their Regional Final spot. This could be the first test for teams that have changed after the ESL Pro Series has finished in December 2008.

Two qualifiers will be invite only featuring mostly top teams and the two remaining qualifiers are open for everyone to sign up and is not restricted to German teams as usual. Last year the French team emuLate won the German qualifier so you can look forward to see some exciting matches again this time.

The KODE5 Global Finals will be held later in 2009 from May 9th to 10th in Moscow, Russia.
