The holy paladin, whose armory profile can be found here, reached 2150 rating earlier this week. However, with the season being just six days old, he doesn't have enough points to purchase the shoulders.

Whether or not he will be the first player to obtain the actual item in-game remains shrouded in mystery. Even if he was rated 2150 in the highest-earning bracket (5v5), gaining the 1800 points required to pay for the shoulders is an impossibility within a single week. That gives the rest of the world a whole eight days to catch up.

A couple of teams are already breathing down the necks of Walka and his hunter partner, Doss, but the paladin can definitely claim to have been the first ever player to reach 2150 post-Wrath.
