Steak with sautéed potatoes .. yarrrr! I saw that recipe somewhere on the TV show, can't really remember but it looked so good that I memorized it.

Quick sketch of what we will need hmm .. I might have to hop by the supermarket tomorrow, cause I am out of rosemary and meadow mushrooms (chestnut mushrooms if you may - these are the white ones they use almost everywhere where you need the mushrooms). Anyway ..

and for the dessert hmmm a bananas in caramelised sugar on a puff pastry :)
