SK Sweden qualify for Extreme Masters III Finals
With the win over n!faculty on Wednesday the 10th of the December 2008, SK Sweden have directly qualified for the ESL Extreme Masters Season III Continental Finals. The Continental Finals of Europe feature 12 Counter-Strike teams being able to qualify through the online season and will be played in February 2009.

With the win over n!faculty on Wednesday the 10th of the December 2008, SK Sweden have directly qualified for the ESL Extreme Masters Season III Continental Finals. The Continental Finals of Europe feature 12 Counter-Strike teams being able to qualify through the online season and will be played in February 2009.SK Sweden now have five wins out of five matches with the recent win over n!faculty and have directly qualified for the final event in Europe. Two teams have been decided already, with SK Sweden of Group A and mTw of Group D, with mTw also winning all of their matches. SK Sweden is one of the few teams not getting any penalty points so far compared to 25 teams out of 32 already having received penalty points.
The top two of each group (four groups) qualify directly for the Continental Final in Hamburg, Germany, while the 3rd and 4th place of each group play relegation matches against each other. The Extreme Masters Season III Continental Final for Europe will be played from February 13th to 15th 2009 where again the top 6 qualify for the world final in March.
One match is still left against the French team of aAa in January 2009, but until then you can follow the ESL Pro Series Scandinavia.
