He will meet Maciej "av3k" Krzykowski, who disposed of Fan "RazerJ" Zhibo in the other semi final. If someone said that Kevin 'Strenx' Baeza would play in the final of Dreamhack three days ago, no one would have believed them. But it happened, the Frenchman defeated his teammate, Sebastian 'Spart1e1' Siira, in the quarter final and left the favourite Magnus 'fox' Olsson completely helpless in the semi final. Fox's participation in both the vQ3 and CPM tournaments at DH most likely did not help but it is a great result for Strenx nonetheless.
In the other semi final, Maciej 'av3k' Krzykowski had no trouble against Zhibo 'Fan Zhibo' Fan this time. RazerJ's passive style allowed av3k to move around the map quickly and control it. Without overextending himself, the Polish player amassed a big enough lead on both NODM9 and ZTN to easily defend it towards the end of both maps.
Fox will meet RazerJ at 17:30 CET in a match for third place. The final will take place at 20:30 CET. Will the French aiming machine stop the "Boy Wonder?"
