EPS Scandinavia launching on Monday
The Pro Series has been a big part for the ESL for a long time now and the Scandinavian league has just been announced a few weeks ago. Almost all qualifications have been finished and the first season is coming up on Monday, 17th November 2008 with a total prize money of 24,000€.

The Pro Series has been a big part for the ESL for a long time now and the Scandinavian league has just been announced a few weeks ago. Almost all qualifications have been finished and the first season is coming up on Monday, 17th November 2008 with a total prize money of 24,000€.The ESL Pro Series Scandinavia is coming up with it's first season. After being announced only a few weeks ago with invited teams such as SK Gaming and fnatic, more qualifiers have been played. Ten teams and players will be part of the first season which will also feature the famous Friday Night Games where the best fixture of the playday is played offline.
The final qualifiers will be played this week for the local teams as well as a mixed qualifier where teams of all four nations can participate. This very last qualifier is scheduled for Sunday, 16th November 2008 right before the first season kicks off. Below you can get all the information and so far qualified teams.

Duration: 17th November 2008 - 1st February 2009
Friday Night Game: 16th January 2009 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Offline Finals: 7th to 8th February 2009

last time they tried to make a league out of each country. That didn't all that well in all cases. but it was interesting. Allot of smaller teams got the chance. But most of the leagues was pretty predictable.
btw. - fabusik - brilliant idea ! Maybe then Lithuania would get some teams who would hold one strong ''five'' for more than a month...
