Chinese Night elf player Chenglong "Sai" Zhou teams up with his former teammates Xiang "TH000" Huang and Weiliang "Fly100%" Lu in Mousesports after his previous team, wNv Teamwork, met its makers earlier this week.It is the second time Sai wears the shirt of the German side since the cooperation between Mousesports and Hacker back in 2006 alongside TH000 and Fly100%. He and his likable Human teammate became a part of wNv Teamwork last February when the Chinese multi-gaming organization Hacker disbanded.
However, the Chinese esports giant wNv was drawn into economic crisis this year and there are rumours stating they had nothing to pay for their players and staff and had no choice but let go of both their Counter-Strike 1.6 team and Warcraft III team.
Sai played for wNv in WC3L a couple of times and had been struggling in the bottom half of the player rankings on most occasions. However, he prevailed in the WCG China national qualifier, taking the second place with wins over xiaOt, TeD and infi. But it turned out to be a no-go for him when the German embassy rejected both of his VISA applications.
With the addition of Sai, the German team is almost a Chinese team with the team captain, HasuObs, being the only exception. The team will, as reported, be taking part in the online qualifier for the next season of WC3L.
