ImageMousesports just advanced to the World Esport Masters Grand Final after beating eSTRO on two maps and they still look very strong. They will now face mTw in the Grand Final and this promises to be a great final as both teams played amazing Semi Finals. The 3rd Place Decider will be played before on Saturday with eSTRO vs fnatic.

Mousesports have been dominating since EM Dubai and they just proven that they can keep up this performance. Coming from the groupstage unbeaten, they were facing eSTRO in the Semi Final today at 9.15 CET which was played as a Best-of-Three with de_dust2 being the first map.

Mousesports started as Counter-Terrorists and already played an amazing half winning it with 8-7 on a Terrorist favored map. Continuing this on the second half, they dominated eSTRO with 8-0 winning the first map with a total of 16-7. The second map was de_train but a bit delayed due to computer problems again for mousesports. The problem was fixed soon and the match started with eSTRO on the Counter-Terrorist side again starting on the more favored team.

They put up a good fight going into the second half with 11-4 until the second round. Mousesports won the pistol round but one of the teams was accused of using a flash bug and the referees decided to check that right away. It seems that no decision was made and the match continued with another impressive play by mousesports winning over eSTRO with 16-13 and 2-0 overall.

Estro will face fnatic in the 3rd Place Decider on Saturday, 1st November 2008 at 6.00 CET while mousesports and mTw will play the Grand Final shortly after at 9.15 CET. Even though there is no HLTV, the PPLive stream is working fine so far and you can check out everything about the tournament at our event page.
