It didn't seem to be fnatics day today being knocked out of both tournaments. Blank took down fnatic earlier on two maps (16-12, 16-3) and therefor qualify for the WCG Sweden Grand Final.

Also SK Sweden beat Begrip on two maps (16-1, 16-5) and will meet their old mates striker and Snajdan in todays Grand Final. The match is being played in a Best-of-Three again and only the winner qualifies for the World Cyber Games 2008 in Cologne, Germany.

Later on, the DreamHack tournament continued where SK Sweden were having a hard time with EvilZone but managed to pull off a tie after being down with 7-15. This meant SK Sweden finish second in their group and met fnatic shortly after which finished first in Group A.

Everyone expected them to meet at the Grand Final in both tournaments but now they already had to play each other in the Semi Final. It took three maps until SK were able to win and advance to the final. Winning the first map de_train in overtime (19-17) and losing the second map, de_tuscan with 9-16.

The final and deciding map was de_dust2 where SK Sweden started off good getting six CT rounds, but fnatic made a great comeback in the first half winning 9-6 in the end. But then again SK also had a comeback getting their needed ten rounds and overall won the third map with 16-12.

In the other match, EvilZone beat Blank also on three maps. Blank were able to win the first map de_nuke with 16-10. The two other maps were really close and intense with the second one being de_train, won by EvilZone with 16-13 and de_tuscan going in overtime where EvilZone eventually beat Blank with 19-16.

Now they will meet SK Sweden again in the Grand Final today at 11:00 CET.
