While the first season of NiceGameTV WC3 League is slowly approaching its Grand final, the enormous online qualifier of its second season is about to kick off with a great number of well known players participating.NiceGameTV, the organizing committee of currently the world’s finest individual league in the Warcraft III scene, has scaled down the numbers of groups from 24 to 10, which eliminates the massive defwins happened last season and turns it into a true competitive qualifier.
The format of the first stage is similar to the one last time, where 8 players will compete for 1 place in the next stage through a best of three single elimination playoffs. NiceGameTV has picked Twisted Meadows, Turtle Rock and Terenas Stand as the maps in this stage which is scheduled to take place on September 29.
Most of the first-rate Chinese and Korean players as well as Russian players are included in the qualifier, but we will not be able to see how the German players perform this time as none of them appear in the qualifier. NiceGameTV has created some animated images for the groups and they are available in their press release.

The first place of each group in the first stage will join the top 16 performers last season and 2 qualified amateur players, Lof.Destroyer and Liz.townhall(marked as H1 and H2) in the second stage. The top two placed players each group will meet the top 4 finalists last season in the upcoming season.
