Nine top teams have been revealed for the first big Counter-Strike event in the United Arab Emirates. The tournament is still open for seven more teams to sign up and fight for the $50,000 USD prize money.

Another nine top teams have signed up for the Global Challenge in Dubai which want to be part of one of the first eSport events in the United Arab Emirates. It will be something special for everyone from 18th to 24th October 2008 playing in Dubai.

You can still sign up for the event yourself here or attend the local qualifier just before the event from 19th to 21st October. Below you can see the list of attending teams so far.
