Blizzard has heeded the calls of the World of Warcraft community and are now opening PVE to PVP paid character transfers, a feature that was once disabled.
Blizzard has announced that they will make what most players assumed would never be done; Blizzard are now allowing players to transfer from PVE realms to PVP realms. Despite arguments of how easy it is to level on a PVE realm in comparison to a PVP realm, Blizzard decided it would favour the community to allow PVE to PVP realm transfers.
Keep in mind that all the other standards and restrictions will continue to apply; the only difference is that they now allow PVE to PVP which was previously not possible. If you have questions on how this service works visit their PVE to PVP paid character transfers FAQ page.
You can access the paid character transfer service by visiting your account management and click on the “Paid Character Transfer” button.
