The game between Thomas 'griffin' Wall and Chance 'Chance' Lacina was an internal Evil Geniuses affair. It was a close match on "Tourey7", DM6 and DM13. On all three maps one of the players managed to get a fairly significant lead and then the other one would try to come back. Two maps went to griffin and we will see chance in the lower bracket.

In the next round the Canadian player will meet the winner of the second semi final between Magnus 'fox' Olsson and Alexei 'Cypher' Yanushevsky. That match will be a revenge match for the ESWC Masters of Paris final and promises to be a very interesting game.

The Swedish player decided to discontinue his participation in the CTF tournament (his team lost in the upper bracket) because of conflicting tournament schedules. The CTF bracket is to be found here.
