Replays.net did a post-match interview with the newly crowned NiceGameTV All-Star champion Weiliang “Fly100%” Lu.
The Mousesports player who will have to sit out both ESWC and WCG this year claimed first place in the NiceGameTV All-Star tournament after a 3-1 defeat of Du Seop 'WhO' Chang of mTw who made a major breakthrough in his gaming career in 2008.
Congratulations on your win in NGTV All-Star tourney! How do you feel at the moment?
I didn’t expect much, simply because I have lots of ups and downs lately but I’m pretty glad that I won since I got to play this as a replacement for infi.
That sounds like Denmark winning EURO Cup in 1992. Did you prepare anything for this final?
Sure. I’ve been working on mirror game recently.
I do not think my micro is that good, for example not making the best of what I have in big fights. I am not consistent and can be too impulsive sometimes.
You’ve lost your shot at WCG final this year after losing two straight games in the playoffs of WCG China Finals, in spite of being undefeated in group stage. What was the cause? Was it the match format of best of one that should be blamed or just yourself not being good enough?
Well, I didn’t prepare well enough, and, no matter what format a tournament uses, it is fair for everyone. Everyone has his opportunity.
Neither of you, Sky, xiaOt nor suhO has made it through the China Finals this time, while players like Like and TED cruised to semi-finals. Does it mean Warcraft III is still evolving in China?
Of course. All the qualifiers are outstanding. They did not make the best out of the opportunities before, but here is there chance and I wish they will bring surprises to the world.
Ye, I’m awared of this and I agreed to withdraw from WC3L. We are reorganizing so we will not have a shot even if we continue to take part. It’s acceptable. When new guys join us, we will be back with a bang.
So mouz will not disband as rumour stated?
No, at least not now.
Great! I’m sure many people out there would be relieved when they hear this. How you gonna spend the prize money?
I’ll save it for the future :)
Fairly good at managing your finance, huh.. Patch 1.22 has been out for a while. What impression does it give to you?
Orc is pretty strong in this patch, especially against Human. About the maps, I feel pretty good. I personally love the new maps and I hope more tourneys will use them so that I can show off what I’ve found there.
So you’ve got loads of new idea up your sleeve?
Yep, a lot!
There ain’t many matches during the olympics so I plan to take break. My goal is to come back to my peak and win everything in the second half of the year!
You are not going to watch the Olympics?
Well, I will watch the ones I like, such as track and field, women diving and women gymnastics.

I always think you have one of the best micro on earth. On the other hand, what do you think is your weakness?I do not think my micro is that good, for example not making the best of what I have in big fights. I am not consistent and can be too impulsive sometimes.

fly 加油!!
It's not because you won a tournament and because you are in good shape that you'll win everything.
I agree he played very good in this tournament. But first achieve and than talk, even if he is in good shape, even is he has a good change.
Edit: Btw, he said he wants to win everything, not he will.
