SK to raid Sunwell Plateau live on Joost
SK Gaming launches a very ambitious project on Thursday. The World of Warcraft PvE guild will raid Sunwell attempting to break records and everything will be shown live on Joost.

SK Gaming launches a very ambitious project on Thursday. The World of Warcraft PvE guild will raid Sunwell attempting to break records and everything will be shown live on Joost.SK Gaming is currently the number one guild in the world. They were the first to kill M'uru and Kil'Jaeden and while there will be no new challenges for them until the next WoW expansion, SK have set goals of their own. To break records.
The guild will spend four Thursdays in a row raiding the full Sunwell Plateau from different angles. Setting DPS and Speedrun records are also a part of the plan, among other things to be attempted throughout these 4 shows.
The first show will mainly be about clearing the full Instance in time with as few wipes as possible, the main objective is to make it interesting for the viewers and to show everybody a good view of the last instance of The Burning Crusade.
We will have Sebastian 'Gosey' Selin and Philip 'Mekon' Curry doing live commentary of the full raids, Both of them are playing in SK Gaming and Mekon is also one of the co-guildleader.
Everything will be packaged and presented to you by Amok Studios. The show will include reportages, interviews with the guild's members and live commentary of the raids. All of this with music by the well-known Håkan Lidbo.
The first show starts at 20:00 CET on Thursday, July 24. Go to the SK Gaming Joost page in order to tune in (you will have to download the latest Joost version to watch).

Joost always crashed
well... it's just as it was expected... it's not the first live raid... so... why should this one not suck?!
perhaps cause we had enough of that shit already and you might think: "when they anounce it that way.. the experience there is in live streaming... why not, who knows what joost can do?!"
it's again (at least for me) complete failure
it's a really great idea and i really appreciate you trying, but what got delivered (till now) just sucks (for me at least)
but good timing with losing connection just before boss fight... so i'm looking forward to next buff phase!
Also bearing in mind that the actual interest far exceeded the expectations, and with around 100k+ hungry ppl to witness a live raid by the top raiding guild, was far above what the broadcasting system could handle, i think that it overall a success.
Next week it is gonna be probably better in terms of disconnects etc.
and ye next week and the 2 other shows to come after that will surely be much more stable etc for you viewers to look at. stay tuned and ye record is inc!
