ASUS Summer 2008 announced
The famous Russian tournament will take place in Moscow at 23rd-24th and 30th-31th of August. The organisators announced a pricemoney of 1.000.000 rubel which rougly equals € 27.000.

The famous Russian tournament will take place in Moscow at 23rd-24th and 30th-31th of August. The organisators announced a pricemoney of 1.000.000 rubel which rougly equals € 27.000.E-sport-portal and cyberfight.ru expect more than 200 attending teams who will fight for the prestigious Russian ASUS trophys.
Sad but true: the first half of the event will take place while the ESWC grand finals will be played in San José. This issue prevents some of the top teams to take part in the tournaments.
Nonetheless the ASUS Summer 2008 event will surely be an exciting experience for the attending teams and spectators, and with some teams missing there will be a greater chance to succeed for the upcomers.

- Counter-Strike 1.6 5v5 Masters (32 teams) - prize fund 375.000 rubles
- Сounter-Strike 1.6 5v5 NoN Profi Open (128 teams) – prize fund 150.000 rubles
- Warcraft 3 DotA 5v5 Open (32 teams) – prize fund 150.000 rubles
- Team Fortress 2 6v6 Team Open (16-32 teams) – prize fund 75.000 rubles
- Сall of Duty 4 5v5 Team Open (16-32 teams) – prize fund 75.000 rubles
- Starcraft: Bw Team Open (16 teams) – prize fund 75.000 rubles
- Warcraft 3 TFT Team Open (16 teams) – prize fund 75.000 rubles
- ASUS MOSCOW Summer CS 1.6 Qualifier - prize fund 25.000 rubles and quotas for the finals
