CS vs. WC3 for eSports Player of the Year

ImageWarcraft 3 and Counter-Strike legends are in the running for the eSports Player of the Year award.



Turtle Entertainment has determined the winners of the Regional eSports Player of the Year award. The nominees for the Regional eSports Player of the Year were revealed to public last week, while now it is only seven players remaining on the list.

This year's eSports Player of the Year award differs from the year 2007 as it was divided into seven regional awards: North America, South America, China, Korea, Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Northern Europe.

Turtle organized public polls on several community sites, including SK Gaming, which revealed the winners. The eSports Award Academy will finally determine the winner of eSports Player of the Year 2008, who will get his crown at the Games Convention event in August.
