eSports Awards 2k8, SK gains 4 pre-selections
After another quick year in the eSports world has come round again, we see the eSports Awards return, this year we have four pre-selections for the Scene Journalist Award.

After another quick year in the eSports world has come round again, we see the eSports Awards return, this year we have four pre-selections for the Scene Journalist Award.The voting however is not a public vote as it was last year, the winners will now be determined by a jury called "The Academy" which will be "comprised of star players, opinion leaders, eSports Award winners and other people from the eSports industry" .
Last year's joint winner Michal "Carmac" Blicharz returns to the list of possible nominees once more, this time under the SK Gaming flag for his article Paupers will be Kings.
Lawrence "Malystryx" Phillips who was also nominated last year for his piece "Is eSports becoming boring?", joins the shortlist, this time for his column entitled eSports Journalist: Quality over Quantity.
Richard "_evan" Armstrong who missed out on the nominations last year has come a long way is one step close to earning himself a nomination this year for his blog entitled What's an alias worth?
Meanwhile the latest addition to our writing staff wordsmith Michael "Zechs" Redford was the fourth writer to be in with a chance for a nomination for last week's installment of the Zechs Files, Vultures? What Vultures?
