The new version of DotA Allstars has everything to become the new stable map. A definitively needed balance change in reducing Terrorblade's movement speed and casting point seems to make him alot less imbalanced.

The new hero - 'Goblin Clockwerk' - seems to be interesting as well. A well rounded melee strength hero with decent casts could very well change the current metagame. We'll surely find out about that in the near future when he is picked in competitive matches.
