ZeRo4 vs. av3k, Cypher vs. czm, Jibo vs. fooKi, fox vs. noctis are the pairs in the quarterfinals of the ESWC Masters.The ESWC Masters Q3 tournament has reached the quarter finals stage. Not only are the pairs extremely exciting but there is also the question who qualifies to the ESWC Grand Final through the Masters. Those that need the spots desperately are John 'ZeRo4' Hill, Paul 'czm' Nelson, Zhibo 'Fan Zhibo' Fan and Alexei 'Cypher' Yanushevsky. One of those is not going to San Jose.
The quarterfinal pairs are as follows:
John 'ZeRo4' Hill vs. Maciej 'av3k' Krzykowski
Alexei 'Cypher' Yanushevsky vs. Paul 'czm' Nelson
Zhibo 'Fan Zhibo' Fan vs. Karl 'fooKi' Johansson
Magnus 'fox' Olsson vs. Richard 'noctis' Gansterer
Even a defeat for one of the unqualified players does not mean that they would not be going to the Grand Final. If two players from this group lose their games, then they will probably have a playoff for their berths.

Is it me or is that just really strangely written?
4 players don't need it and 4 do
if 2 players, who haven't qualified for ESWC in San Jose yet, advances to semifinals, they already have their slots guaranteed (as the other two players will be already qualified)
in that case 3rd slot remains and players, who didn't go trough quarter finals, fight for this slot :)
and sorry for engrish but i am in a bit hurry :D
