The site tells out that you can clearly see rune-like marks on the image, which seem to be similar to those on Prince Arthas' sword. Blizzard is also giving beta keys for the WWI visitors of their new game. Logically thinking this might be Starcraft II's beta or WoW: Wrath of the Lich King's beta.
However, some other details plead for Diablo 3.

Some say [CENSORED] could be substited with "hell," a Diablo reference.Blizzard has also included some hidden code in splash site's .CSS file, which is giving us an extra image named for tundra. Some people think its related to a place called Frozen Tundra in Diablo game. But then again it can be anything. There is several other hints available, which are leaning for Diablo 3.
Everything is out of the control, but luckily it is only five days remaining for this huge announcement.

Obviously this is what will happen.
The Draeni will invade Kalimdor via a portal. (maybe the demon portal). And the Orcs will request the help of NE and HU. However they will not help.
There will be a legend of some old super powerful demon that is still on the planet from the UD Scourge.
He was brought in at the end of the battle, but he hid away because he knew the battle was futile and that they had lost. He is now waiting in hiding to make his move.
Some super Orc commander will seek the Demon out (there are rumors of his existance) and when he finds the demon, he will make a very poor deal. Making it so that, the Demon will help but in return he is in command of the Orcs and that the Orcs will turn against NE and HU.
Then as the story developes, NE and HU find out about the deal during the battle Vs the Draeni. They seek to destroy the Demon. The Orcs are still occupied with the Draeni.
The Draeni seek out the NE and HU to request their help, in return they will banish the Demon for them.
Then there will be the expansion to this game in which case the following happens.
The Demon is defeated by the Draeni, but not killed. He leaves Via the Draeni' portal and starts killing the Draeni homeworld since all the warriors are over on the other planet.
The Ne/Hu/Dra now have to defeat the Orcs since they are once again tainted by a demon. They destroy a spell that the Commander (also a Shaman : P ) Orc put on them when he knew they wouldn't agree with his decision about the Demon.
The bit about Arthas' sword up in that picture, is the weapon that needs to be used to destroy the Orc Shaman and collapse his spell controlling his peoples.
Once this is all done, there will be a few side campaigns. If you would like those, I can post them as well.

Now at the end of TFT Arthas and the Lich King become one. To rule over the world from the frozen throne.
However there are still the Forsaken (Sylvanas) who hates arthas and wishes to destroy him.
Not to mention Kil'jaden. And we didn't see Illidan actually die, just really badly hurt.
Illidan will come back, Kael and Vashj will save him. Illidan/Vashj/Kael seek out Sylvanas and the 'Forsaken' to help destroy the lich king and Arthas.
Sylvanas accepts their offer but is soon betrayed by the Dread Lord who was her servant.
He (now under the Lich Kings mind control) betrays the alliance they had with Illidan and begins to attack them at the base of the Frozen throne. Illidan wins in an epic battle with blood, gore, and tons of nifty magic.
Too weakend to fight on and destroy the Lich King, Kiljaden comes to help.
He kills the Lich King and is now ruling the planet.
Illidan/Vashj/Kael now have failed to do the task set out before them. Kiljaden is now their master and sends them as Lords over to other areas of the planet to rule over them in his name.
They secretly form alliances with NE/Hu/Orc and begin to try and overthrow Kiljaden.
New heros come to surface from the Naga underworld. As well, a new "ancient" race from around the same time as the Dragons will come to surface. Only one of these new "ancient" beings will be in the game as a hero to play, but you will see his people fighting along side of you.
They are just about to move on Kiljaden himself, when he calls upon his master. His master comes to help via portal. And there is an epic battle.
Depending on your outcome while playing, you either win and save the planet and its wonderful peoples. Or you lose, and the planet becomes corrupt with magic junkies and they kill everyone on the planet.

I think it looks like another Wc3 addon ;P
Possibly they will release SC2 not earlier then end of 09, what would mean there is still a lot of time in between. And right now, wc3 is in heavy trouble in the western eSports scene. Possibly they want to release this addon as a simple solution for bringing Warcraft back without rival SC2 caus it's just an addon.
But that would take a lot of balancing work (there are so many units per race that they had to make a new race! Naga as a full race?)
Frostmourne would be part of the continued story line.
But most likey it's just a date for Wotlk or something like that :/ (btw I hope that addon can stop WoWs expansion into eSport for a while!)
I mean this has to be something with Warcraft, what other reason should there be for frostmourne?
Although there has been so much rumor about Diablo III.
However, I think that if there is a Warcraft 4, the campaign will be something like Arthas and Ner'zhul growing their empire and threatening to eradicate Elfs, Human and Orcs even on Kalimdor.
There is the storyline about Sylvanas also, and the storylines of Kael and the blood Elfs, I also heard that Illidan could come back from the deads or something...

Imo the face looks more like starcraft and that one single rune could be random or blizzard just uses slight variations of the same runes for different games :)
And that pieces of the hilt etc. u can see of the sword (I think it could be one because it looks as if there is a hilt on the upper and a blade on the lower side of the rune) don't look very much like frostmourne! This circle thingy around it have no kind of similarity to the sword. And the curves that could be the blade look very different to frostmourne yet.

Look on that url. 23 letter of the alphabet = W, so its two "W"s and then its 09 which is the letter "i" in the alphabet. Means WWI.
