Blizzard Entertainment has updated this week the official http://www.blizzard.com website including a splash page with a graphical update. This update could point at their upcoming project they will be revealing for the public during the World Wide Invitational 2008 event in Paris this weekend.

The splash page does not include any texts yet, but only the ice-breaking picture. Some people say the colours would be related to Starcraft II, and therefore Blizzard will be announcing the release date for the project or just more information. Another thing people have kept saying is that it could be Diablo 3.

Last year Blizzard leaked some information regarding the Codename Hydra project, which has been linked afterwards to Diablo 3. Hydra was, according to Wikipedia, an ancient nameless serpent-like chlthonic water beast that possessed numerous heads. This fact and the colours on the splash page could refer for the Diablo 3 project, that Blizzard is going to announce this weekend.
