Some of the invitations to the 2008 Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in Paris are known with 8 Warcraft 3 and 8 StarCraft players and 16 World of Warcraft teams.Although the official Blizzard WWI 08 website has had no announcement about the invites so far, the secret could not be kept for a long time. The names were leaked by rakaka.se and replays.net.
The Warcraft 3 list could be dubbed "the usual suspects." It has got the current best players from Korea, China and Europe, although one could argue about FoV's current shape.
* Xiaofeng 'Sky' Li
* Yoan 'ToD' Merlo
* Jae Ho 'Moon' Jang
* Manuel 'GrubbY' Schenkhuizen
* June 'Lyn' Park
* Weiliang 'Fly100%' Lu
* Dae Hui 'FoV' Cho
* Kim 'SaSe' Hammar
There are two lists for StarCraft out, but rakaka's seems to be a little more credible. In StarCraft it is much more imbalanced but it was unavoidable without making the list all-Korean:
* Christoph 'Mondragon' Semke
* Jae Yoon 'sAviOr' Ma
* GooHyun "Siz)KaL" Kim
* Byung Goo 'Stork' Song
* Yum 'Sea' Bo Sung
* Eugin "Strelok" Oparyshev
* Yifeng 'F91' Sun
* Gregory "IdrA" Fields
As many as sixteen 3v3 PVP World of Warcraft teams were invited as well:
* Pandemic Blue
* Nihilum
* Council of mages
* Made in Taiwan
* Pandemic Black
* Improved clicks
* Kill E A
* Until the World Ends
* Fnatic
* Millenium
* MoB
* SK-EU Zombies
* EG
* sapped cows can't say moo
* aAa nawaK
* SK-US
The event takes place in Paris on June 28-29.

It's pathetic what you guys will write in your news for website hits, Sorry carmac, but its very sad you want to post the names of the Blizzard tournament that are inviting SK players 1 day before Blizzard, SK were giving the list.. what i wondered where it was LEAKED from.
A very disrespectful low SK..
Afaik the first source was replays.net.
