Jae Ho “Moon” Jang secured his final place for the third time in a row after putting a full stop to Xiaofeng “Sky” Li’s terrific run in PGL Season III.The first semi-finals match today turned out to be the encounter of tower rush tactic and anti-tower rush. The Meet Your Makers player deployed the same strategy at Twisted Meadows as he did in the final of previous season, but the outcome was a bit different.
Starting with Fire Lord and went directly creeping the near expansion spot, Moon intended to have around six lava spawns to fend off attacking-minded Sky’s tier one tower rush. But the trick did not work out this time as he had only three lava spawns when he teleported back to his base, in which Sky had already had three of his towers up.
Going down to 0-1 in less than ten minutes, the title holder demonstrated his critical understanding of his rival’s tactic in game and countered it perfectly in the rest of the games. He first pulled down Sky’s towerless expansion with lots of huntresses and evened the score at Tidewater Glades. Moon then built a formidable army of dryads and bears, meanwhile, made his own expansion in both the third and fourth game, which his opponent found it hard to cope with.
In the other semi-finals match, the wNv talent Xiang 'TH000' Huang, who helped his team qualify for WC3L Season XVI after a 2-1 defeat of Hyeong Ju 'Check' Lee yesterday, beat his compatriot Weiliang 'Fly' Lu of Mousesports with the same 3-1 score. The final, which will be held in Changsha two days later, will find the echo of Human versus Night Elf matchup with the only exception of TH000 succeeding the two times WCG winner.

Massing gryphons vs Orc can only get you this far.
Okay, enough ranting, Sky would have deserved to be in the final, but double elimination with 4 players doesn't work.
Good to see th0000000000 in the finals, this guarantees interesting matches.
