ImageOnce again the Danish Counter-Strike scene is having some changes. This time it's Gravitas Gaming parting their ways with the 1.6 team and Andreas “KK” Andreassen and Alexander “telli” Lundkvist taking a break from professional gaming.

After failing to achieve world-class results and losing motivation to keep on playing, it was inevitable for the Danish Counter-Strike team either to quit playing or make a line-up change.

In the end the team decided to take the first option and now they have officially announced (link via Gotfrag) their disbandment.

As Andreas “KK” Andreassen told Gravitas in a little interview, it was a decision that they made just couple of weeks after the Kode5 main event. "I felt that we couldn’t keep up with the tough competition even though I am well aware of the fact that the team was brand new – the atmosphere and general “team feeling” wasn’t really there."

"This means that from this day forth I will no longer be playing on a top level I will at most attend the small Danish events with some of my close friends (Paddy, Morf4R, XciteD etc.) which is also one of the reasons why I’ve decided to step down," answered Andreas to a question about his future.
