Being a pretty consistent, Virtus Pro has today announced a roster change. After somewhat disappointing results they have now decided to remove one of their players.

After the disappointing results in the past months at the Extreme Masters or the ASUS-Cup, they today announced the removal of Viktor 'Sally' Filimonchenko. The Russian squad of Virtus Pro are known to be a pretty consistent team and rarely change their lineup. But this time they were unsatisfied.

For Sally they are recruiting another Ukranian player being Mykhailo "Kane" Blagin, also a former pro100 player. This means Virtus.Pro now consists of three Ukranian players, who would make it impossible for them to attend WCG and ESWC with their usual lineup. They would either have to play the Ukranian qualifier for the ESWC, or nominate a sixth player to be a stand-in.

Most likely they will try to qualify for the Ukraine, but there is no information about that yet.

New Virtus.Pro
Roman 'ROMJKE' Makarov
Alexey 'LeX' Kolesnikov
Ioan 'Edward' Sukhariev
Mykhailo 'Kane' Blagin
Danylo 'Zeus' Teslenko
