Friday Night Game with mTw, Miou & mouz

ImageTonight will be the last of ten Intel Friday Night Games to finish the ESL Pro Series Season XII. Most matches aren't really deciding ones but nice fixtures after all.

Another ESL Pro Series is coming to its end and the remaining matches will be played tonight in Hamburg. Again three different games will be played starting with Counter-Strike: Source and mTw facing the current champion n!faculty, followed by Warcraft III with Miou vs. Protois and finishing the evening with Counter-Strike 1.6 where mousesports meets mTw.

It's a tragedy that Counter-Strike: Source Champion n!faculty will not be able to defend their title this year and rather have to avoid getting removed from the ESL Pro Series. They will have to play the relegation in order to survive. Facing mTw won't be an easy match to finish the season with mTw being qualified for the final event.

The map will be de_inferno where faculty were able to beat finals attendant hoorai but also lost to the worst team, bomk. On the other side, mTw only had one match on de_inferno which they tied against Raptor-Gaming. So it looks like it could be a great match even though it's not as deciding, scheduled to start at 20:00 CET.

Followed by Warcraft III where Miou meets Protois, also this one is not changing anything anymore. Miou is qualified for the finals again while the champion HasuObs isn't. Protois will also have to play the relegation fighting for a spot in the upcoming ESL Pro Series Season. While Miou is preparing for the ESL Pro Series Finals and also the WC3L Final, you probably won't see any surprising tactics since they're obviously needed for the upcoming events.

Still Miou already said he respects Protois skills to play random (choosing a random race when the map starts). Protois also said he is not really preparing for this match but also wants to provide a good match for the spectators.

The last match will be in Counter-Strike 1.6 where mousesports will have to face mTw. Another not really deciding match for mTw. Even if mTw would win, they will still have to play the relegation just like the other attendants this evening and it is rumoured already that there will be changes, so the motivation shouldn't be as high.

Still mTw played some pretty good matches and most of them were offline such as the Friday Night Game in Munich where they tied TBH. On the other side mousesports should be heavily preparing for the upcoming finals as they want to win them again after losing twice to Team Alternate. With the map being de_train it could be very one-sided and it mostly depends on the knife-round. If mTw manages to start as Counter-Terrorist it could be an interesting match, otherwise they will have a hard time starting as Terrorists.

The event is scheduled to start tonight at 20:00 CET, you can also place your bets on the matches.
