It was not a typical day for the Finnish Counter-Strike scene, but this is what happens sometimes. Tomi "lurppis" Kovanen, the team captain of Team Roccat decided to quit from the competitive scene. Kovanen says he does not see himself playing competitively anymore, and continues to say he will now focus on school and other things.

The one who replaced Kovanen in Team Roccat, is none other than the former Roccat player Samu "plastE" Aalto, who was playing for Team Excello for some weeks. Roccat cancelled Aalto's contract after the disastrous DTS-Cup event, which was held in Ukraine.

Roccat's manager, Shayan "Shayan" Taleb says the team had "a few arguments", which finally followed into this decision, to replace Kovanen with Aalto. Taleb unveiled that Juuso "contE" Sajakoski will now be the in-game leader for Roccat.
