The G7 organisation has concluded the aptly named ‘G7 Inquiry - TLR & MYM’ with regards to Meet Your Makers (MYM) recruitment of the former The Last Resort (TLR) Call of Duty 4 squad, unanimously agreeing that MYM was not at fault.Craig Levine who is the acting head of the G7 organisation throughout 2008 responded to allegations that MYM had acted both unprofessionally and more importantly their behaviour was a "blatant contradiction of G7 aims/goals."
The original complaint was lodged by the then general manager Ian "Javax" Leckley who's now the editor -in-chief at the rival British organization Four-Kings. When questioned exclusively by SK Gaming, he felt that "reputation talks at the end of the day" and was expecting "that exact reply," remaining realistic at the prospect of MYM receiving any punishment.
The G7 shifted the blame away from member organization MYM towards its newly recruited team, stating "open communication no doubt would have helped ease some of the unrest, but ultimately the decision was made by your players, who also did not extend that professional courtesy," reaffirming the importance of having players contracted to "avoid these exact situations."

Normally such "neutral" organizations are (pro)active in having a social responsibility (in terms of business society management). This has just shown they are only passive, at most reactive in protecting the interests of the entire eSports or the core values it stands for. It is unheard for that a governing organization in any type of sector, that states to operate in the benefit of eSports, gamers and teams has taken such a stance.
There are some great examples to be honest, the UN doesn't punish Pakistan as severely as it should when there's evidence that peacekeepers do everything but keep the peace, purely because they're the largest contributor of military personal within the UN. You've similar situations with the US and UK as well, where people are careful how to approach for fear of countries pulling their resources out.
