WC3L adds new map: Ancient Isle

There is a fresh face among the ageing maps in the WC3L map pool, Ancient Isle, a 2-player map that ESL will hope injects new energy into their league.The map was designed by Adam "tehscourge" Wilk, the runner-up in the Blizzard 2on2 map competition.
We had a little look at the map and for those who are too lazy to download and open it themselves, here is a little video of the basic jist of it.

Well people were annoyed with DH/Bear/Dryad so I guess they won't feel all too sad about it?
I find the 5(!!!) lanes much more interesting. Just imagine a Human tower rushing you and he has 5 routes to your base and you might not even know where he's going until he pops up at your base :D

I don't know if it's supposed to be there or not, but it does make the build area smaller than at the other expo.
However there is still item luck like book of the dead\wand of the wind(freewin in some cases, useless in others), pendant of energy auras and so on. Of course you cannot eliminate all of these, and they may add flavour etc..
And seeing your comments makes me think that it's a balance map. There's equal comments for each imba race.
I just love the plateau just outside the main base, this is a nice idea. I can imagine tricky attacks from it, but it is just a little too far and there is too many trees, a 2-tree wall would be fine and would allow dirty sneaky attacks with towers, ballistas, mortars and so on :)
